Mark Degano is the Broker/Owner of South Gate Realty, proudly serving clients across farm/ranch, vacant land, residential, and commercial real estate markets. With deep roots in Wyoming where I spend years of my life Railroading and Ranching.
Now currently residing in De Leon Texas with Wife Lynn, and 2 boys, Wyatt and Rhett. We all still enjoy the small ranch life with dogs, cows and horses and heading to our arena in the evening for some playtime. I bring not only real estate expertise but also a lifelong connection to agriculture and rural living. His hands-on experience, from ranch work to competitive team roping and rodeo, gives him a unique understanding of the needs and values of landowners and buyers alike.
